Director
Andrew formed Resonate Construction over 20 years ago. He’s a licensed building practitioner and committed to supporting the experienced hands and mentoring the great young talent coming into the building sector. He admires the team's passion for what they do, as this flows on to happy clients. Andrew’s a family man, and when he can, he loves to be on the water, especially out on the open ocean.
Project Manager
Brent's a qualified carpenter. He brings extensive building knowledge, and leadership and management skills to the team. What he likes about Resonate is that we're a growing team, learning and becoming stronger with each job. "We accept a challenge and provide clients with the best workmanship. We're a great crew". Brent's a family man. In 2020 he and his partner welcomed baby Oliver. Brent's hobbies are Muay Thai kickboxing, and working on vehicles.
Site Manager
Farjay's a qualified carpenter. He thinks of Resonate as an extension of himself. The team is like a family to him. In 2020 he successfully took on a new role as foreman of a 4-level waterfront apartment build on Tamaki Drive in Auckland. Farjay enjoys learning the new things carpentry has to offer every day on the job. And he enjoys passing on newly acquired knowledge to the rest of the team.
People and Project Support
After 15-years in aviation, Anita’s recent journey has seen her develop in contrasting industries—from heels in the skies to boots on the ground—with everything in between. Due to the impacts of Covid-19 in aviation, Anita adapted, taking on roles in health, education, and tourism. Now she's "cementing” herself in construction—excuse the pun. “Resonate promotes learning and development as a whaanau. What it's all about is creating positive impacts for our team and communities”.
